Shipping a logistics MVP with one engineer and a team of AI agents

MyTruckAI is a mobile and backend platform that optimizes freight truck logistics. I’m a co-founder and the technical side of it, and I use it as the extreme test of the operating model I sell, one engineer with a team of AI agents instead of a hired team.

The MVP was built entirely on an agent flow. Agents write the code against specs, run the tests, and carry the deployment to production, while I hold the product decisions, the architecture and the review of intent. The mobile apps and the backend went from idea to working software without a single engineering hire.

That changes the economics of checking whether an idea deserves to live. The stage that normally burns a seed budget on salaries cost close to nothing in people, and startup cloud credits covered the infrastructure, so the burn at the validation stage stayed near zero. I do this work as a co-founder, for equity rather than a fee, the same arrangement I offer selected products through the equity partner track.
